The Reach Out The President has realized that just talking to the House leaders is not going to help his agenda. So he has started to to reach out to Senate house Republicans. The Republicans can't say he is not reaching out to them, he wants to work with them to prevent a government shutdown and to find common ground but they have to give him a chance.
