Really!!! As immigration reform is reaching the final stages of completion and both Democrats and Republicans are patting themselves on the back for actually working together. Congressman Don Young did not do the Republicans a favor by referring to Mexican farm workers as "wetbacks". It just went to show what kind of mindset some of these farm owners had back in those days when they had people working to make them a profit.

Screw Mexico Mexico is one of the worst countries when it comes to letting foreigners visit or live in the country. So I don't understand why Mexican officials are lobbying for immigration reform in the United States. Mexican nationals should not come to the United States if they are going to wave Mexican flags, that country has not given you anything to deserve worship. If you feel that strongly about Mexico then move there and try to make that country better. That country keeps its people poor, its corrupt, relies on drug profits to survive and its unstable.

Palestinian State Palestinian statehood has been in the works for a long time now, but their has been no accomplishment. Israelis in my opinion are pushing for a single country, and I think they should. Israel is in a tough spot, when your surrounded by Muslim countries that want you wiped out of this earth then you have to wonder what your best options should be. Israel is the only Jewish state and this country needs to be there and protected, so if there is another holocaust the Jewish people will be protected.

Wage Gap Many Americans don't realize that the top earners of this country are getting a great deal from uncle Sam. The top 10 percent of Americans are living the life, while the other 90 percent are concentrating on just getting by. Here are some statistics on the gap.
Hispanic Caucus The Congressional Hispanic caucus has grown significantly since the Latino vote started to matter, and the immigration debate started to heat up. The caucus has been involved in the immigration talks that are currently happening in the senate. Representative Luis Gutierrez has been a vocal supporter of immigration reform since he has been an office, I think he has done a great job of making the case for immigrants that really can't speak for themselves.
