Person Not A Number

In this economy its very hard to find a good job so its understandable that many companies are taking advantage of many people. Workers are scrutinized more and many don't feel safe because they are under the watchful eye of managers and supervisors. That is why many young people create the jobs of the future because they don't want to be treated like cattle. The job market today is very uncertain, you could be the best worker but when the company has to trim the fat or should I say lay you off, they would rather do that before they take a pay cut.
