To Big for Trial Many banks have gotten mad at Senator Elizabeth Warren, because she took a lot of financial regulators to task. She did a great job asking questions about why they hadn't taken any financial institution to court. There needs to be a law that makes it so that banks aren't able to settle and have to go to court if not how are they going to learn not to make that same mistake.
