Super Pacs Presidential elections have been changed forever thanks to Super Pacs. People give money to this super pacs and hope that it gives the Presidential hopeful a chance to win the election. So pretty much if you have a lot of money you could affect the outcome of the race. That is why we have to have an amendment that stops this kind of election rigging.
